Part of what made attending AEW Grand Slam Australia so special is that significant things actually happened. An amazing tag match, memorable crowd moment with Cope and the crowning of a new champion. It makes you feel part of wrestling history

That's what I've always loved about AEW in general. The crowd isn't made to feel stupid. We are always treated to some kind of cool moment or event, several hours of jam packed action and TK with his usual appearance thanking us. It's always worth the price of admission for me.
I can understand why a lot of people were annoyed with the venue change and lack of comms on when/where it was going to be broadcast. I can’t speak to that as my trip was booked after the change - however I never doubted that the show they’d put on was going to be worth it regardless.
Oh I can completely understand it! I've had it happen to me for different events. I personally thought they should have done this over the stadium anyway because of how bad elimination chamber was. That was damn embarrassing. They do have live show issues that need fixed but it's always fun.
