Yes, we must punish people into improving; how will they ever learn and be better if we don't make being poor as shit as possible?
I was a bene kid. I was one of the lucky ones because our hardship didn't last forever and we were white and had opportunities for education etc. This makes me rage.
This whole coalition government should be billeted out to live with our poorest families and live off their income and eat what they eat for a month and still show up for work, I bet they couldn't last a couple of days
The PM was clear, when appointing his Cabinet, that he valued practical experience very highly. These school principals are the people who have practical experience with child food poverty. Why does he not value that experience?
