You clearly don't know what you are talking about. As far as I know, the code for the Witcher hasn't been leaked, so you can't compile it for RISC-V.
This is similar to Rosetta from Apple.

i think when it comes to pairing an OS with some host you have to be reasonable. pick something which will support your hardware. ISA is only one factor to consider. just bcuz sega genesis roms *could* be binary compat w/ a ti-89’s 68k doesn’t mean they will work. 🤪
