I've almost been doing this without realizing it. It began with me forgetting to buy coffee last week so I've been going out in the morning to buy some on the corner. I live in NYC so, my breathing and listening involves the sound of cars whooshing by with some bird noises, but it works!

My loves, I've started going outside in the morning, with my first cup of coffee. I feel cool air on my skin, get sun in my eyes (no staring at the sun!). Breathe, & listen. It's helped settle me more than I ever anticipated. Give it a shot. Soon I might start walks but hey let's not get TOO crazy.
