Actually I would dispute that we can’t get them back. The “fair” market value of something that was supposed to belong to the people of the United States forever, and be unsellable, is zero, and that’s what the people who bought this land should be compensated when we take the land back.

Let us use our imaginations about how this yes can be reversible. Better still of course it shouldn't happen in the first place but do not say it's irreversible. Rules will be changed, the power to take land will shift and the way it's going to be done isn't going to be pretty, only necessary.
