They can't sell their message without lies, because their entire message is lies.
Their position is scientifically untenable in every regard and essentially fraudulent, so goes with the territory.
That's not a surprise but it's their audience that should face more scrutiny. I'd rather know why they are so willing to go down this dark path towards conspiracies and lies.
