I’ve had both a staff and senior engineer use ChatGPT at work to find an answer.

Staff at least had the basic decency to question the answer.

Happy to seem an old grouch when I say AI is lowering the bar in some awful ways. Reason it out, search, talk to peers. Grow yourself.
