As someone who has worked at museums for 20+ yrs, PLEASE make sure to support your smaller cultural institutions. Go to programs, visit a museum w/out-of-town friends, donate & promote if you can, look into volunteer opportunities. Art & culture are vital for creating a strong & thriving community.
