PEPFAR is a pot of funding from State department but programmed via agencies that can do the work like CDC USAID and DOD. To find these grants in USASpending, youd have to do a word search. There are lists of the terminated programs via DOS found in tranches at

I’m not going to do this work for you. But in the link to that document with tranches of canceled programs, I found several for both *south* Sudan and South Africa (coded as SA). At this point, I’m not sure how functional or accurate usaspending still is given how much DOGE has tampered with systems

I was doing something else and I found this EGPAF contract to provide prevention and treatment for HIV and TB in Eswatini where prevalence and co-infection rates are among world's highest. Terminated without any plan to ensure ppl have continued access to ART.

Usaid mostly runs pepfar so yes, usaid cuts caused this.
