We have created a system which directly incentivizes cruelty and greed while productivity is punished by a nepotist class of Owners that have consolidated power in every aspect of our economy. There is a better way, give workers ownership shares and a voice in their work.

While they are the closest to getting it right out of any worker co-op I don't consider a company to be worker owned if they have to pay money back to the company in exchange for that ownership. That doesn't sit right with me.
