I wonder how many of these fires can be traced to e-bikes with powertrains from Bosch, Specialized, Shimano, and Yamaha? My gut feeling is that these fires are generally related to cheap e-bikes (often unregistered and illegal e-mopeds rather than e-bikes) bought online.
