Yes, some people still don't seem to understand who's in control of what. Love this chart. They also have to understand that the Prime Minister only has so much power as well. He can't just wave a wand and make things happen.
Maybe it’s not your beat, but Trump is shutting down all the agencies—health, banking oversight, environment, veterans benefits, education, foreign aid—so his billionaire friends can do what they like. Congress has quit work & just rubber stamps everything he says. No government. It’s not great.
