i have tried youtube but that has been harder for me to keep a routine. books help too.

Both let you choose a difficulty level, yoga style, and duration. Down dog gives more control over what part of the body you’re working, and YS is better at controlling strength/balance/flexibility focus. They both have free trials iirc
