Tried a beginner 30 minute yoga video
The first 10 minutes i was like "this is easy", then a stretch got my back like "oop"
Then came the Downward Facing Dog and I was like "holy hell this is hard on my body". This video from years ago must have heard me because she made me do that THREE TIMES
