A) Of course work requirements are cuts to Medicaid. They kick people off Medicaid and thus there's less spent on Medicaid. That's the whole point.

B) Work requirements for Medicaid would cut $100 billion over 10 years. House Republicans want to cut $880 billion from Medicaid over 10 years.
