Such words would hurt and focus attention on the absurdity of such a country having a permanent seat at the UN Security Council.

Gabrielius, what is the difficulty for the Baltic sea countries, in imposing inspections on ships going to and from Russian ports in the Baltic, impounding those that are unsafe/illegal or which are breaking sanctions?
Seems those doing the grave concerning are concerned only for themselves because the workforce might be depleted, which, as we know, hurts the bottom line.
That's unfortunately the European way. If bribery doesn't work then we express varying levels of "concern" and maybe even some token, barely implemented sanctions! And that's where European power and credibility ends, which is why things continue to get worse for us.

.. and I am f-ing baffled. We let them attack us, and there is no sign that we are doing anything in response. Just another sanction package maybe. And we keep import Russian gas thru Azerbaijan, keep exporting tech to neighboring countries transiting it to Russia.
