I originally wanted the Witch to have no design at all and only speak "offscreen", a fun idea that served them less and less as their role developed. But on the flipside, they ended up being kind of a pain for me to draw because everything about them is so grand and engulfing...
This character is from my new GN, an 18+ fairytale romance called THE PRINCE IN THE BASEMENT...and that wraps up all the character profiles! You can see them all in my media tab. (I should use hashtags someday...)
