My HOA just sent out an email on suggestions for protecting ourselves from freezing pipes, etc., during this cold snap.
They suggested keeping the thermostat at 68°F.
I would be sweating if my house was that warm.

I wear winter pants and a hoodie at all times. I am fine with bundling up.
I keep it set low to save energy.
Mine is set at:
61- 63° daytime under a throw blanket
59° overnight
I'm cold all the time except for when I'm in bed. Warm bedding.
I have one little oil heater in the bedroom and it's set for 58F
If I'm up, I will just put on another layer.
My thermostat is set at 59 and this is in Maine.
It's 36 degrees and raining/snowing, warmest it's been in over 2 weeks.
We get a break until Monday.
Heat tape works for pipes.
And - in Edmonton, that’s just “winter”
Not remotely extreme.
Not even close to extreme. Although Pepe isn't impressed.
Now at 66.
It is so drafty!! Lots of cold spots, especially around the sliding door.
I like it chilly. But a fire sure is nice to look at.
Her house is like an oven. I can barely breathe.
She is lucky that it did not end up flooding her basement.
