I am puzzled why people feel the need to lecture me about what "DEI hires" means.

I would much rather have qualified and experienced DEI hires than unqualified buffoons that suck up to the boss and don't know how to do the job or even care to learn how to do the job.

But, that's just me.

Don't feel bad. As an independent, I'm being told to "fuck off" when I say that Dems lost due to bad messaging ops and running a candidate who literally confirmed GOP messaging about DEI. If you are going to do the latter, you need a much better messaging game than the opposition.

I’ve had people take a post I made, re-arrange the wording, post my own argument back to me and say “get educated”.

We live in the stupidest, most insecure period in American history.
