Is it? The visible text is correctly spelled and contextually appropriate Turkish, of consistent size and font, and properly placed. The visible hands all appear to have approximately the right number of fingers.

It is. Here’s the details that gave it away for me, but that left outstretched hand on the figure in the center also appears to have a sixth finger in there.
