Yes but we’ve seen many of those states willing to just go along with things. Can we still have elections with entire states opting out?

I find the doomers in my replies yelling “there won’t be future elections!!” exhausting - (1) don’t give them credit for something they haven’t done & (2) there is no mechanism for cancelling elections! Our elections aren’t run by the fed govt; they’re run by states, counties & municipalities.
