When the trainer showed up, he reminded me to call him Coach while we trained. His arms were ripped! And his chest was huge! He was a bit shorter than me, but definitely could overpower me. I saw why Head Coach had put him in charge of me! (4/?)

He started off by having me demonstrate some bodyweight squats. Coach really got in there, watching my form close, he moved my legs, back, and hips all into just the right position. (5/?)
Then Coach made me bend over use some weight. Each squat I had to go all the way down to his hands, which usually were right in each cheek, but a couple times he accidentally touched my balls and even my hole! My body was so on edge that it made me lose count when that happened. (6/?)
Then we did dumbbell deadlifts, which I think are hard. But Coach really helped! He had me stare at a point down and in front of me, then walked around watching me from each side. From the front he was able to give a lot of good direction, and by the end I had them nailed! (7/?)
Next were hip thrusts/glute bridges but since I don't have a barbell, Coach sat on me instead! It was a little weird, and Coach is fucking stacked, so it took a little while before we got the weight right, but my glutes were definitely working by the end! (8/?)
I was starting to feel it a bit in my low back, so Coach did some awesome stretches with me. Really opened me up. And I'm glad we got that breather bc the last exercise, he said, was gonna be intense... (9/?)
He brought out the videohead cleaner and told me it helps guys focus while they're working out and really opens the blood vessels. We were gonna do "ski squats" where basically I would get into a low bodyweight squat position and hold it as long as I could. The cleaner was gonna help. (10/?)
