Also: Maybe it should be public who is personally responsible for the violence, who is giving who orders..
Then a uniform colour for all, no identifying details like bracelets (that can be ripped off!) or red baseball caps.
The more issues the government has keeping the economy going (especially the companies linked to GD), the tougher it gets for them.
