My mom tried to explain to me how I should just have more food and then I would have something I want to eat on those days, and I was like No. The whole point of those feels is there is no right answer.

For seven years now my breakfast and dinner has been skyr https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skyr (high-protein, low-fat, low carb) and cream almost every day.
Lunch at work weekdays.
Cook when I really want to.

i love skyr! I keep checking for lactose free, but I haven't had luck. I suspect that it's a needed ingredient.

There is small dairy here that does lactose free skyr (and all other dairy products) so it is definitely doable.
