A policy change by the Trump administration allows immigration agents to enter and arrest people in health facilities. Some clinics are training health workers to support patients in the event of arrests.

In Texas they already incarcerated a 9-month pregnant migrant woman. She elected to stay incarcerated rather than risk her life and her baby’s in the extremely dangerous border region. Btw, she was not a “dangerous criminal.”
They’re desperate because they’re not meeting Trump’s deportation numbers. One senior leader has been sacked and they’re subjecting their employees to interrogations and polygraphs to find the “leakers”. I hope they keep that up because that will make ICE and CBP agents turn on this administration.
It hurts recruitment knowing that you will not be seen favorably to the eyes of public. Trust is about relationship. These guys don't get that. Help the public, they help you.
Just got back from a 5 mile walk on my vacation in Scottsdale. Saw dozens of people working outside, mainly construction and landscaping. The apartment building I'm staying in is under renovation. Virtually all the people doing this work are immigrants. Who will do it if they're deported?
Given that actual deportations in Trump's first month were way below the monthly average under Biden, I'm guessing we'll never know the answer to the question. Trump is all that and no cattle.
Healthcare workers will need to learn what nooks they can hide patients *and* staff in their facilities, the way Jews were hidden in other people’s homes and businesses.

These “good christians” want others to suffer, and to die.
This is what fuels the support from Rightwing troglodytes.
