While I somewhat agree one day won't do much, if enough people can work together to do this one day, what's to say we can't work together to do it multiple days until the Billionaires force Felon Trump to back down. #itcanhappen
I think people need to do better than that. Stop shopping at Walmart, Target entirely and at least reduce Amazon. I know eliminating Amazon isn't an option for some... but completely avoiding Walmart and Target long term will hit them harder than just one day.
The point here is to make a big statement via a one-day, all-in spending boycott that could plausibly happen, not to hold out for an everlasting boycott that could never happen.
You talkin' to me? I'm neither a Target nor a Walmart shopper. But the Feb. 28 one-day, across-the-board plan plausibly could attract shoppers who'd never boycott permanently. You shouldn't suggest that plan be ignored in favor of your pie-in-the-sky aspirations.
Pie in the sky aspirations? Both target and Walmart have missed revenue goals. Both have seen stock prices fall dramatically. And you're saying my expectations are pie in the sky? Lmao
