Mandatory training is now the reason they are placed on leave. Dept of Education seems to be next, after USAID and the treasury. It's horrid out there for people with brains.

Education Department employees have been placed on leave for attending diversity training. Meanwhile, Republicans have introduced a bill to eliminate the Department of Education.
