I get the appeal of Mamoa as Lobo, he has broad audience appeal.
But double casting always adds complications.
We already had a perfect Lobo casting.
It’s pretty much the only principle studios observe and making something great isn’t as attractive to them as making something that’s acceptable with broad appeal.
Just remember what happened with Black Adam though.
