The truth is if Shadow of the Erdtree had released as a £35 stand-alone download, nobody would be questioning its validity as a GOTY nomination at all. At which point we're drawing arbitrary lines based on the manner in which a game is delivered. Incredibly mind numbing/stupid discourse.
