I don't know if this will help you in your situation, but caffeine was the cause of my migraines, and I haven't had one in a while after I cut it out of my diet. I had to figure something out without a trip to the doctor though, so meds may be a better route! I miss caffeine π

It's not healthy, but I'm just doing what I can. I don't touch energy drinks, and that's made a significant change.
I was doing a similar workaround with caffeine and my (undiagnosed) ADD, but my migraines got so bad and debilitating I didn't have any other option.
