The FBI deemed the threats not credible.

Biden should be issuing an order today that by January 1 he wants the US military to transfer 500 F16's, 1000 Abrams tanks, 2000 Bradley's and similar numbers of artillery, anti-missile systems, and of course all the ammunition we have for all the above to Ukraine.
