I can only wish it will instill some confidence in the squad but I have my doubts. Not sure Reuben has the players he wants for his style. This transfer window maybe?!?!

It’s not easy for anybody when a new manager comes in mid season. Hopefully a good pre season and a decent transfer window in the summer will make a difference.
