Or breathe, let it go, and calmly take action. There's little point in reacting to a provocation, but there's certainly a point in resolving a problem - preferably with as little fuss as possible.
You always own the option of having no opinion. There is never any need to get worked up or to trouble your soul about things you can't control. These things are not asking to be judged by you. Leave them alone.
Which is especially important in modern social networks, as there is plenty of rage bait, due to these types of posts getting more engagement. They do nothing except worsen your mental health.
When something bothers you, rather than reacting, I find that it is more helpful to reflect and then chose whether/how to respond. This is a much harder exercise for those that suffered trauma when young.
