Doesn’t have to be a full scale mech attack. There are many ways to attack other countries, many of which are already employed. But Latvia is probably a ”safer bet”… failure from NATO to respond in accordance w/ Article 5 would effectively destroy NATO. Maybe exactly what Big Orange is looking for
