It would seem that if they allowed in people who are not government employees or have any authority, then it’s clearly open to the public.
People should peacefully try to enter, and when denied, ask why. Ask what rule exists that allows Musk’s minions but not you. Record the response for lawyers.

Since nothing is being done it seems like any civilian can enter federal buildings and take over, right? Is this not the message being sent to everyone?
