I know Johnson doesn't give a shit, but isn't the power of the purse SUPPOSED to rest with Congress??? HOW is tRump pausing all federal aid? If you guys don't get off your ass, we won't have a COUNTRY left. My senators aren't on here (Rounds and Johnson) and I deleted my "X".
