Also for those curious about the fire stone on her belly, when Scarlet was a Vulpix her an her sisters went out to swallow some other pokemon(they're all preds).

she swallowed a pokemon that had a fire stone and burped it out, it landed on her belly button as she was laying on her back, when she evolved due to it; it fused to her belly right there. So yea, she technically has a non removable belly piercing.
