ITV has discovered details of the disability benefits cuts:

- PIP will be harder to qualify for
- PIP will be frozen not rise with inflation
- universal credit rate cut for unfit for work but raised for those looking for work or in work

This is so unspeakably cruel + will kill disabled people

if you’ve not gone through a pip application you simply will not understand the level of humiliation you have to go through to prove you still have the same permanent conditions you had two years ago (no we can’t approve you permanently)

From what my friend (suffered a stroke 18mth ago) tells me, applying for PIP is already tantamount to a particle physics exam.
