If you're a debut writer querying the trad route, I say to aim under under 100,000 words for your YA Fantasy. If you can manage 90,000 to 95,000 - even better! Because that's the sweet spot. Agents know higher word counts are a bigger risk for debuts and take longer for a first read-through.
