there’s a part of me that dislikes this interpretation because it then casts asa’s body being used sexually against her will as a reflection of her own inward desire and selfishness. not a fan of that.

I certainly can’t tell anyone how to interpret asa or yoru post-167 or at all but I always understood pochita and yoru as being manifestations similar to the dead friend in american werewolf in london, aspects of consciousness with no independent agency. it makes the most sense for good or ill
