My 2c: Trump is either experiencing aggressive cognitive decline or he’s intoxicated these days. I don’t think he’s saying the things he says rationally. No leader of any country in the world behaves like that. Watching him is like watching a cheap parody movie with bad actors and tiny budget.
As far as I recall, please correct me, Article 5 has only been invoked once. That was after 9/11 (11/9). 1200 non US soldiers gave their lives in response to that call.
