It's more noticeable at night, the feeling of my heart beating in my chest while I'm laying down would keep me up if I forgot to take my meds!
A doctor might dismiss this as just anxiety but I think it's important to look at potential physical problems for this.

If your heart rate is going up, but you donβt experience other symptoms like extreme tiredness, radiating chest pain, rejoice! your brain is probably just playing tricks on you. but still get it checked out. butβ¦
