The only thing I have to say is that "I'm 22 and view 18-19y/o as teenagers" is something that will continue to extend as you get older, and will get a knee-jerk eyeroll from a certain type of older person. For me in my late 30s, I think I was just as unsure and naive at 23 as I was at 16.

Anyone pretending otherwise is lying to themselves about the harm they've caused. We all cause harm, we all have hurt someone at some point. What matters is how you handle it and if you seek to be better.

The worst people are those who deny the harm they caused and relish in it.
