4D - Direct Digital Deliberative Democracy

We each have the collective computing power of the world of 1985 sitting in our pockets, but we cant figure out how to leverage it to transmit our will to our 'representatives'.

We should have the opportunity to vote on every single piece of legislation.

Its not unprecedented. Estonia has been running e-democracy for 2 decades, with europe moving in that direction.

I look at it as a political co-operative.

Its also holographic, so it can be deployed at a local/regional/national level.
