If I had his job, I'd get my enjoyment from APPROVING claims. If hitting the approve button cures or manages someoen's pain, keeps someone's loved one alive, or even in the terminal, makes someone's passing more comfortable, I'd be happy
This is exactly why you don’t have his job. The way capitalism works, the worst people get pushed to the top. Our entire economy is built to maximize exploitation. Only dismantling the whole system and building a new one can fix it.

I wouldn't be surprised to see leadership team secrecy spread far, far beyond health insurance companies. And frankly, the end of the Forbes The World's Billionaires listings too. And potentially even new laws making people being rich something akin to a state secret.
