I'm about 3 days late talking about this, but we managed to score this *HUGE* PB in F.E.A.R. 1 which is now officially a top 3 run!
If someone had told me 3 weeks ago that I'll be enjoying this speedrun a lot, well that someone would have definitely been right at this point! The next goal is sub 47!

-> Early game (up until "Exeunt Omnes") has over 30s of time loss;
-> Mid game has between 10 and 15 seconds of timeloss, more or less;
-> Late game (Starting with "Urban Decay) has over 30s of time loss yet again.
This run can be improved for sure! :)
