That's what I'd wondered, but nope. Someone (several someones), probably mom(s) using "flushable" wipes on their kids flushed the wipes, and those things AREN'T actually flushable. They borked the plumbing, and in doing that, they voided the warranty my boss had with them. $12k to fix. :(
