Zero. There are officially no US soldiers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Maybe some SF but low-key in dozens if that. In any case the peacekeeping mission was taken over by EUFOR, most of the soldiers are from the EU, Turkey and I think Switzerland...and Chile or some other South American country.
