Heya, I don't know if you've heard about this option but apparently it may be an option to get a "Dental Vacation" since it's significantly cheaper to get teeth done in Mexico for a variety of reasons. It's worth a shot if you need it done as cheap as possible.

I'm sorry to hear you are going thru that! I had a painful wisdom tooth that was rotted inside, referred to oral surgery. Nobody took my crap insurance. estimate for $650 to $900. Walked into University of Detroit Mercy Dental school at 7:30 AM (12/5 before MFF) and they extracted it for $130.

They did a better job with pain management than the expensive place did for another wisdom tooth. They can do root canals too! What city are you in?
