This wasn't supposed to come until APRIL 20TH! This is the Insurrection Act, but he's not calling it that (yet). He's making chaos so he can point to it in a week and say, "See? We need more control over this!" Then he'll turn that control on protesters and journalists. We're in BIG trouble, people!
